Pets World VIP Program

We have the best Loyalty program of any Pet Store in Adelaide!

As with most programs as you shop in our store you will accumulate points, every dollar your spend will earn you one point*. When you have accumulated enough points you can take the value of the points as discount off your purchases. The whole system is automatic, as you shop the points are stored in our system and when you have reached the threshold the system will automatically prompt our staff to apply the discount to your purchase.

The system is so simple you do not even need another card to carry as we allocate your points based on a simple pass phrase you supply at each purchase.

Our VIP membership is avaliable free of charge to all personal shoppers in our store.

VIP members will recieve regular newsletters of offers, VIP member only nights and special days where you can earn double points on all purchases.

Although our staff are prompted to apply the discount to your purchase you can choose to not use the discount until you are ready. This way if you are saving up for a special purchase you can continue to accumulate points until you are ready to redeem them.
There are no limits on how many points you can accumulate.
There are no limits on how many points you can redeem on any purchase.

A few items in the store do not attract VIP points (dog/cat food and some vet lines) however you can redeem points on any purchase.

The minimum amount of points you can redeem is only 100 points!
